You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the Goods.

The 7-day period starts from the date you receive the Goods or when a third party you have appointed (other than the courier) takes possession of the product.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days once the returned Goods are received and inspected. We will use the same payment method you used for the Order.
Conditions for Returns
For Goods to be eligible for a return:

The Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.

The Goods must be in the original packaging and unused.
The following Goods cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized items.

Goods that by nature cannot be returned (perishable, time-sensitive, or expired).

Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Returning Goods

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Refunds cannot be processed without actual receipt of Goods or proof of delivery.
Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the Goods.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
