  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During high-demand periods or special product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

  • We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay in shipping your order.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • At present, we work with trusted courier partners for deliveries across India.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available from our courier partner).

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location but generally takes 3–10 business days from dispatch.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


Delays and Issues

  • While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, natural events, or factors beyond our control.

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the matter.


International Shipping

  • As of now, we do not ship internationally. We currently serve customers within India only.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be updated in this policy.

  • Tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your package is dispatched.

  • If tracking is not available, our support team can provide shipment updates on request.
